We were invited for this sadak mela by Mr V. Srinivasa Raju and the members of this initiative at Sadashiva Nagar, Bangalore. Mr Raju wanted to begin using our leaf composters in these streets so he kindly invested in 5 of the Metal and Bamboo Leaf composters. This area is full of trees and if the streets begin composting their dried leaves in this decentralised manner, they will be saving a lot of tax payers’ money.We are excited to how this community deploys the product in their surrounding.

 2021 Update

We are so happy to share that Mr Raju and others continue to be as committed to creating a leaf-safe zone on their street. We hope more communities take inspiration from them and start saving leaves, instead of hauling and sending to landfill.
