Service Plan
Composting at home could take some getting used to, but Daily Dump’s Service Team is there, anytime, anywhere, to help you. You could either sign up for a Service Plan or call us when you feel the need.
We find that some customers are hesitant to begin by themselves and need some support to fall back on, which is why the service plans are flexible and you can choose from four options.
Crisis Visit
After working with 200 customers we find that some customers just want a “crisis visit”. They reach a state in their composting process where typically
- They develop too many maggots.
- Their compost becomes too wet and soggy and starts smelling.
- They generate a huge volume of waste and their composter has no space left.
- Their pots have broken or a part has broken.
- They just need to be reassured.
- They need someone to sieve the done compost.
For these reasons you might want to use the “Crisis visit” option. We arrive to fix the specific problem and then you are on your own–the confident independent composter once again.
