What does the term "Clone" mean?

The term "Clone" applies to anybody who sets up a business of selling terracotta composters designed by Daily Dump in their locality. This entity gets lot of free knowledge and support from the “Clone” community and from Daily Dump. In return she/he will nurture and help create more "clones" in the region.

A clone should believe in the following:

  • That individuals can make a difference

  • That money is just one ingredient of many others that is required to make life meaningful.

  • That sharing ideas only makes your life richer.

To be a clone you need to be

  • Very interested in ecology and sustainability

  • Enjoy talking to people and finding innovative ways of doing things with less harm to the environment.

  • Prefer to grow your business focusing on the customer rather than the bottom line

  • Have a bit of capital to invest.

  • Have space for stocking the Terracotta composters

  • Have the capacity to keep records and run a business

  • Have the stamina to talk to many gatherings evangelizing Home Composting

  • Share your knowledge freely with others.

If you agree with all of the above – then you are a potential clone.

Licence of the Clone

You now need to read the "Creative Commons Attribution Licence" and see if you agree to the terms and conditions. If you do then you need to sign the contract agreement with Daily Dump before you begin your business of selling Terracotta Composters.
